Send an organization in the right direction, deal with uncertainties and be accountable; this is true\u00a0<\/span>Governance<\/span>, Risk & Compliance (GRC) is all about. S<\/span>strategy, direction and control<\/span>\u00a0are therefore the ideal combination<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Successful GRC is only possible through collaboration. In addition to their own specialisms, the various GRC professionals will also have to have an eye for others within the Three Lines Model<\/a > (3LM). This is the only way to join forces and\u00a0<\/span>prioritise within the organization<\/span>. This is to achieve the strategic objectives and connect with the risk\u00a0<\/span>appetite<\/span>\u00a0of the management.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>To professionalize as an organization the\u00a0<\/span>correct\u00a0<\/span> balance between people, process and technology<\/span>\u00a0necessary<\/span>.
