Dit is nodig om <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naris.com\/nl\/risicomanagement\/\">risicomanagement<\/a> handen en voeten te geven.<\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Maar in sommige organisaties lijkt het topmanagement geen daadwerkelijke acties in te zetten om risicomanagement te professionaliseren. Ze hebben geen budget, geen mandaat of geen support.<\/p><h3>Proactief en reactief<\/h3><p>De keerzijde van proactief \u2013 te weten reactief, heeft wel een aantal voordelen. Als je reactief bent hoef je ook geen verantwoording af te leggen. Immers het is van buiten komend onheil waar je niks aan kunt doen, behalve crisismanagement.<\/p><p>Is dit de reden waarom ook het top- en middenmanagement hier niet op zitten te wachten? Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de doelen en doe daar mijn best voor. Als dit niet lukt door een risico dan heb ik zonder risicomanagement een excuus waarom de doelen niet zijn behaald.<\/p><p>Waarom zou een manager dan toch iets aan risicomanagement doen? Wellicht aanhaken bij de kerncompetenties van een manager; mensen managen en doelen behalen.<\/p><p>Wellicht om zijn rol van manager naar zijn team meer inhoud te geven. Dat zijn medewerkers zich verantwoordelijk voelen voor de doelstellingen en verbonden risico\u2019s. Dus het voorbeeldgedrag wat er voor zorgt dat risico\u2019s proactiever besproken en gedeeld worden.<\/p><h3>Behalen van doelen<\/h3><p>Dit is in deze tijd met alle onzekerheden steeds lastiger. Besluitvorming met alle onzekerheden maakt het lastig. Wellicht moeten we meer risico&#8217;s accepteren in plaats van managen.
