De volgende keer zal deze persoon hoogstwaarschijnlijk niet meer aanhaken.<\/p><h3>Geen exacte wetenschap<\/h3><p>Risico\u2019s bestaan uit onzekerheden. Het is goed mogelijk dan aan de basis van deze onzekerheden\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.managementimpact.nl\/organisatie\/artikel\/2017\/05\/analyse-martin-van-staveren-top-10-risicos-problemen-10110315\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bestaande problemen<\/a>\u00a0liggen. Zelf heb ik in het verleden als woordkunstenaar verkeerd omschreven risico\u2019s netjes getransformeerd naar goed omschreven risico\u2019s. Toch geef je hiermee een verkeerd signaal af; je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over.<\/p><h3>Perfectionistisch risicomanagement<\/h3><p>Het is dan ook essentieel dat de organisatie zelf risico\u2019s leert omschrijven. Doe dat vooral niet in een verplicht format, organiseer liever een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/robertthart.risicomanagement.nl\/2018\/01\/30\/hoe-voer-je-een-goede-risicodialoog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">risicodialoog.<\/a>\u00a0Zorg voor een goede sfeer en leg kort uit wat een risico is. Laat daarna de deelnemers simpelweg aan de slag gaan. Natuurlijk zullen ze worstelen met oorzaak, gebeurtenis en gevolg, waarop je hulp op individueel niveau aanbiedt. Dit is vaak zeer leerzaam. Overigens gebruik ik in dit proces altijd\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.naris.com\/module\/risicomanagement-software\/\">software<\/a>\u00a0(behalve op hoogste MT niveau), zodat ik later geen tijd aan administratie verlies.<\/p><p>Perfectionistisch risicomanagement &#8211; Het allerbelangrijkste is echter om elk signaal te omarmen, of het nu een probleem of een risico is. Accepteer een 6 in plaats van te streven naar een perfect risicoprofiel dat per definitie niet bestaat. Door een iets relaxtere houding zul je veel meer goodwill oogsten, en dat vergroot de kans dat risicomanagement werkelijk gaat leven in je organisatie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Perfectionistisch risicomanagement &#8211; Risicomanagement wordt vaak bij tweede lijn neergelegd.
